A compact low-friction cylinder suitable for low pressures, low speeds, uniform speeds and low friction actuation.
[Features]
· Covers a range of actuation speeds and output controls thanks to its metal seal structure with minimal sliding resistance.
· Its minimal sliding resistance allows for low-pressure actuation at 0.005 MPa.
· Smooth and uniform-speed actuation ranges as low as 0.3 mm/s.
· Long lifespan: Long service life of 10,000 km or 100 million full cycles.
· Lateral load resistance: Features built-in ball bushings in the bearings for improved lateral load resistance. (MQQL)
· Its low sliding resistance allows output control in approximately 0.05‑N increments. (Based on cylinder piston area × pressure accuracy)
· No change to sliding resistance, even after extended periods of non-use.
