A compact proportional control solenoid valve with reduced operation noise when opening/closing.
[Features]
· Repeatability: 3% or less.
· Hysteresis: 10% or less.
· Controls the flow rate smoothly according to the current.
· Lifespan: 25 million cycles.
· Body material: Equivalent to C37 or SUS304 / Sealing material: FKM.
· The valve returns to closed position when power supply is OFF. Leakage amount when OFF is 5 cm3/min or less.
· Suitable for vacuum applications.
· Can be mounted on manifolds.
