A precision cylinder with an internal guide function that can be mounted with high accuracy.
[Features]
· Deflection: 0.1 mm or less (within the allowable lateral load value of MTS12-25).
· Requires less mounting space. Reduced labor for design and assembly.
· Auto switches can be mounted on 4 surfaces (bore size 8 mm: 2 surfaces).
· 3 types of mounting are possible. Tapped mounting (bottom mounting, front mounting), Through-hole mounting (both sides mounting).
· 2 types of rod end configuration (Standard: rod end female thread, Option: rod end male thread, using stud bolt).
· Air cushion available as standard (bore size 8 mm: rubber bumper).
· Head side end lock type added to series (bore size 12 to 40 mm).
· The specially configured rod seal design delivers sealing and durability equivalent to conventional round rod models.
