*1: Ambient temperature when not energized. When the valve is continuously energized at an ambient temperature of 50°C (when applying maximum current), the coil outer surface reaches approx. 100℃ and the area around the coil (1 mm) reaches approx. 70℃. Ensure that these temperatures or lower are maintained.

*2: Maximum operating pressure differential indicates the maximum pressure differential (difference between pressure on side 1 and side 2) with the valve open or closed. If the pressure differential exceeds the maximum operating pressure differential for the orifice, the valve may leak.
*3: The operating pressure range for the vacuum specification spans from 0.1 Pa·abs up to the maximum operating pressure differential. A (2) port can be used for vacuum pressure.
