A BLW Series of waterproof connectors for outdoor with a bayonet locking mechanism.
[Features]
· The jack effect reduces the force that is required to extract the connector when unlocking.
· A special surface process is utilized that is different from conventional surface processing methods.
· IP67 EQUIV.
· Cable assemblies are also available.
· These connectors are highly rated by many customers for its high, error-free reliability, turnaround delivery track record.
· Insulation resistance: ≥ 2000 MΩ when measured at a specified voltage between the nearest conductors.
· Voltage resistance: No electrical short-circuit failure occurs even if the specified voltage is applied between the nearest conductors for one minute.
· Contact resistance: ≤ 3 MΩ when a pair of contacts are joined to a regular length.
· Vibration resistance: When performing vibration testing, there are no functional problems and the contact resistance is ≤ 3 MΩ.
· Shock resistance: When performing shock testing, there are no functional problems and the contact resistance is ≤ 3 MΩ.
· Humidity resistance: When performing humidity testing, there are no functional problems and the insulation resistance is ≥ 10 MΩ. Temperature cycle: When performing temperature cycle testing, there are no functional problems and insulation resistance is ≥ 2000 MΩ.
· Salt spray: When performing salt spray, there are no functional problems and the contact resistance is ≤ 3 MΩ.
· Waterproofing: When the product was subjected to a water pressure of 40 kPa, no evidence of water ingress was detected after 24 hours under normal usage conditions.

・(Waterproof) No sign of water ingress when left under a water pressure of 100kPa for 2 hours in the normal operating state.
