This disc damper has high torque, a thin, space saving shape, and its appearance is metallic. This small damper is available in 2 types of torque, one that works in both directions and the other in one direction.
[Features]
· The torque of the disc damper changes according to the rotation speed.
· Generally, the torque increases as the rotation speed increases, and decreases as the rotation speed decreases.
· Regarding the torque value of the catalog, 20rpm is the torque value at the time of rotation.
· When using the rotational fall of the cover, the rotation speed is slow at the initial stage of dropping and only torque less than the rated torque value is generated.
· The damper torque value (catalog rated torque value) varies according to the operating environment temperature.
· The torque decreases as the temperature rises, and rises as the temperature decreases.
· The viscosity of the oil inside the damper is affected by the temperature change, hence when the temperature returns to normal the torque also returns to the original value
